Definitely was not what I expected from description when ordered. Light weight was nice, but was not sturdy enough to hold my camera up. Tried vertical too, and was uneven, and fell to the side with the camera attached.

This smartphone tripod is a little shorter (both folded and fully extended) than competitors. Most competing products extend to 52" tall and are maybe 17/18" folded.This tripod is only 48" tall and ~15" folded. This is important because the max carry on item size for most airlines at the time of writing (2024) is only 16". So this is perfect to take with you on your international travels! This is just the right height for me as a 5' 4" man but if you are taller admittedly you might want a couple more inches.With regards to quality, this tripod is a bit unique because it clearly is not the same design/factory that is spammed on Amazon under different throwaway brand names. It feels a bit higher quality in that the screws/knobs tighten tighter while the legs lock in with less effort. The mount and the selfie remote are different from the ones that are usually packaged as well. It also has higher quality features not usually included in a tripod this size like a bubble level and quick release plate.The only minor fault with this product aside from the height (which is both its selling point and drawback) is the packaged smartphone mount is not the best. It is an ineffective clamp that cannot be adjusted horizontally/vertically. I own so many tripods and tripod mounts that this is not an issue for me; but, if this is your first tripod make a note that the mount will probably drive you nuts.
