1. General

1.1 Scope. Welcome to fotoprostore.com, the official online store of Fotopro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and FOTOPRO (HK) INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED ("Fotopro", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your use of fotoprostore.com and any related pages, features or content we operate (the "Services"). All sales on fotoprostore.com are processed by FOTOPRO (HK) INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED.

1.2 Related policies. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds and Limited Warranty Policy and Terms of Service form part of these Terms.

1.3 Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page and does not affect orders already placed.

1.4 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Licence. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal shopping. Commercial use requires our prior written permission.

2.2 Prohibited use. You must not use the Services unlawfully; upload infringing, defamatory, obscene or malicious content; interfere with or overload the website; use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Services; or send unsolicited promotional content.

2.3 Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

2.4 Customs and addresses. Please provide accurate recipient names, addresses and contact details. Some countries require additional information (such as a tax or ID number) for customs clearance; delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Errors

We try to display products, prices and availability accurately. If an obvious error affects your order (for example an incorrect price or description), we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or are placed for resale in breach of these Terms.

5. Orders, Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any import charges collected by us are displayed before you pay. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

Shipping, delivery issues, returns, refunds and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Limited Warranty Policy, which take precedence over these Terms on those subjects.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fotopro name, logos, product designs, images, text and other content on the Services are owned by or licensed to Fotopro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Purchases made through another retailer or marketplace are governed by that retailer's terms.

8. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, carrier disruptions or government action. We will tell you about any such delay and, where it is significant, you may cancel and receive a refund for products not yet delivered.

9. Liability for Products and Statutory Consumer Rights

Our products are covered by the limited warranty described in our Returns, Refunds and Limited Warranty Policy (tripods and tripod heads: 2 years; accessories: 1 year). Please use products within their published specifications, including load capacity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fotopro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows.

12. Legal Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
